ARKIS ONLINE BOOKS SALE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE A.Y. 2026-2027
You can purchase your child’s books through online portal.
Please follow the terms and conditions mentioned below that will help you to complete your online transaction successfully.
- Online Book Sale is scheduled from 17th August to 31st August 2026. Read the instructions carefully & proceed with book sales portal login using school Parent Email ID. An OTP will be sent to parent email id to Login.
- Click on the Online Book Sale demo video link for further guidance in purchasing your child books through the portal.
- Payment can be made through Debit /Credit Card. No service fee will be charged.
- Parents who have not paid the 1st installment school fees for the A.Y. 2026-2027 will not have access to purchase their child’s book online. For fee enquiries, contact the accounts department via email: [email protected].
- Books will be given based on availability because of limited stocks available and will be delivered on a first come first served basis.
- Books purchase options for grades 9 & 11 will start only after 27th August 2026 because of the subject selection criteria.
- At the time of Book sale purchase, parents need to update or validate the student and parent details mentioned in the book sale form.
- Books cannot be returned or exchanged once the transaction has been completed online; please ensure the right books are chosen or selected for your child. For questions and enquiries regarding textbooks please contact the Subject Coordinators.
- Parents have the option to buy House T-shirts, ARKIS CAP and ARKIS HAT along with the Online book sale. Purchase of HAT will be applicable only for students of Nursery to Grade 1.
- Delivery of House T-shirt, Caps & Hats:
- Parents should visit the school reception counter from 23rd of August to select the appropriate size for T-shirt, Cap and Hats if opted. While visiting 2 copies of payment receipts to be submitted at the counter to receive the item purchased.

| Grade 10 | Purchased book will be distributed in the classroom on/before 31-08-2026. |
- Purchased books will be delivered to the address free of charge as per the given address mentioned on the book sales page e.g. (Flat / House / Villa No /Building No / Road No. / Block No. /Area / Contact Mobile Number).
- Parents will receive SMS from the delivery company with reference to track the book’s order.
- Parents should verify that they have received all the books as per the delivery note provided. If there are any missing books it should be notified to the Accounts Dept. via email [email protected] within 3 working days otherwise it will be considered as Delivered.
- The below purchased items will be distributed in classroom:
- Student ID card
- Educational resources
- MOE Books
- IGCSE Past Paper Booklet (Grade 9)
- Student photo (if opted) will be given to the student at the end of the academic year.
